Harvest STOMP Chairs
2025 Harvest STOMP Chairs, Kendall Hoxsey Onysko, and Morgaen Hoxsey Pickett welcome you to the 18th annual fundraising event that kicks off harvest and supports the Napa Valley Grapegrowers and Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation. Their leadership, vision, and ability to throw one heck of a harvest party is greatly appreciated!
Rooted in Tradition, Committed to the Future
Our family has been farming the Napa Valley since 1903, when our great-great-grandfather, Giuseppe Pelissa, harvested 45 tons of grapes from his 12-acre vineyard. Five generations later, we’re celebrating our 122nd harvest—and we couldn’t be prouder to continue this legacy.

Morgaen Hoxsey Pickett
Ghost Block Estate
5th Generation
Growing up in Napa Valley, Morgaen Hoxsey Pickett didn’t fully appreciate its magic until she explored the world. “For so many years, it was all I knew, but I came to realize what a paradise this valley truly is.”

In 2015, as her family’s wine brands—Ghost Block, Elizabeth Rose, and Oakville Winery—continued to thrive, Morgaen returned home as National Sales Manager, later becoming Director of Sales in 2020. A natural connector, she is actively involved in her family’s business, working closely with Napa Wine Company and Yount Mill Vineyards.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is collaborating with her sister, Kendall, and their father, Andy. “As the fifth generation, Kendall and I are dedicated to preserving our family’s farming heritage and continuing what my dad built over 30 years ago.”

Morgaen lives in Yountville on the family’s Mill Race Vineyard with her husband, Jake, and their two sons, Andrew and Boone.

Kendall Hoxsey Onysko
Yount Mill Vineyards
5th Generation
Kendall Hoxsey Onysko comes from a long line of Napa Valley grape growers, but her path to the family business wasn’t immediate. After earning a history degree from Dickinson College, she returned home in 2008, uncertain of her next step. A temporary role as compliance manager at Napa Wine Company quickly turned into a passion for the industry, deepening her understanding of her family’s vineyards.

“I knew our vineyards, and as I got to know our clients, I learned how to navigate TTB regulations and track each lot through the winemaking process.”
Determined to solidify her role, Kendall pursued an MBA in Wine Business from Sonoma State University while working full-time. In 2012, she was named Business Manager, steadily taking on greater responsibilities. Today, as President of Yount Mill Vineyards, she ensures a seamless connection between vineyard operations, through winemaking, and to the final product. “I’m committed to preserving our family’s legacy and continuing the path forged by my father and great-grandfather. I am so fortunate to be working with my family and in this beautiful valley.”
Kendall is married to Jeff Onysko, winemaker for Elizabeth Rose, and together they have two children, Lizzie and Jack.
